In summer Stoos is known for its excellent walking and hiking and for the richness of its Alpine flora and fauna. Stoss now has a lovely high-altitude moorland trail: at alt. 1300 m, Teufböni makes an enjoyable day out for anyone wanting to find out ""more about moors""! Mountain bikers can choose from a number of routes. The area also boasts two inns: the Laui and the Tröligen both offer fresh cheese products from local producers.
